Invite-only, for now

You can only create a Kyncess account by accepting an invite — from an existing member, or from us. There's no public sign-up while we're invite-only.

Don't try to guess an invite code, or the link to a collection nobody shared with you.

Using Kyncess fairly

Use Kyncess to save and organise products for yourself, and to share collections with people you choose. Don't scrape it, automate it, or use it to spam other members.

Respect other members' privacy settings. A private collection is private because someone chose that; don't try to get around it.

Prices and stock can be wrong

Every price and stock level you see on Kyncess comes from the store you saved it from. We don't control those stores, and their prices and stock can change, or be wrong, at any time.

Always check the store's own page before you rely on a price or a size being available.

No purchases happen on Kyncess

Kyncess doesn't sell anything, take payment, or process an order. Saving a product just keeps track of it for you — buying it still happens on the store's own website.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time — email hey@kyncess.com. We'll delete your account and your saves; see our Privacy page for how long we otherwise keep things.

We can also close an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
